Adobong Pusit

INGREDIENTS:
½ kgsquid, cleaned, reserve ink
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc medium onion, small diced
2 pcs tomatoes, small diced
1 pc finger chilli (siling panigang)
¼ cup vinegar
1 pc bay leaf
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
Servings: 4-6
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, and finger chili in oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add squid and cook for 2 minutes. Add vinegar, bay leaf, pepper and sugar, then simmer for 45 minutes over low heat uncovered. Add water if sauce starts to dry up.
