Adobong Puti

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken leg quarters, cut into 4 pcs each
1/2 kg pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 sachets 8g, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 heads garlic, crushed
1 pc medium onion, sliced
1 cup sukang sasa
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cracked peppercorns
1 tsp sugar
1/4 kg chicken liver
3 pcs saging na saba, peeled, sliced on an angle, and fried
Servings: 4-6
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Season chicken 2 sachets of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Season pork separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Sear pork in the same pan until golden brown. Add garlic and onion and sauté for 1 minute. Pour vinegar and water. Add peppercorns and season with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP ® and sugar. Simmer until tender.
4. Add seared chicken and chicken liver. Simmer for another 15 minutes, allowing sauce to reduce. Transfer into a deep serving plate and serve with fried saging na saba.
