Baguio Beans with Sotanghon

Baguio Beans with Sotanghon

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pc medium onion, small diced
1 head garlic, minced
250 g ground pork
1 kg Baguio beans, sliced into 3pieces each on a bias
1/2 cup water
50 g sotanghon noodles, soaked in water
3 - 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Servings: 10-12

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic for 2minutes. Add the ground pork and cook  for 2minutes.
2. Add the Baguio beans and sauté for 2minutes.
3. Add water and stir to deglaze the pan.
4. Add the sotanghon noodles and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper.
5. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Check seasoning.
6. Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
