Bulalo Sinigang

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg beef shank, sliced
2 liters water
4 pcs tomato, sliced
1 pc medium onion, sliced
2 pcs finger chili (siling panigang)
1 pc small labanos, sliced ¼ inch thick on a bias
5 pcs sitaw, cut into 2 ½ inch pieces
1-22g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG
2 bunch kangkong, leaves with tender stems picked
Servings: 2-3
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place beef shank in a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and lower down the heat to simmer. Cover and simmer until meat is slightly tender.
2. After approximately 1 ½ -2 hours of simmering, add tomato, onion and finger chili. Continue to simmer while covered, over low heat until meat is very tender.
3. Once meat is tender, add in labanos. Cook for 3 minutes. Add sitaw and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Original. Bring to simmer.
5. Add kangkong and turn off heat.
