Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rice, rinsed well twice and drained
4 pcs canned tomato, cut into 1inch pieces
2 pcs chicken breast, cut into 1inch pieces
1 pc large onion, small diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 1/4 cup water
3 - 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
30 g almond slivers, lightly toasted (optional)
Servings: 4-6
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place rice, tomato, chicken, onion, garlic, butter and water in a rice cooker. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper.
2. Turn on and wait for 40minutes (Cook and warm setting).
3. Add cheese and cover for another 5minutes to melt cheese on top.
4. Fluff and transfer to a casserole dish and top with almond slivers if desired.
5. Serve hot.
