Chocolait Banana Fritters

INGREDIENTS:
2 pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
1 liter MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
6 pc banana cavendish (ripe but firm)
MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL PALM OLEIN for deep frying
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup cashew crushed
1 cup cocoa powder
Magnolia Ice Cream Best of the Philippines Coffee Mangosteen
MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES COFFEE MANGOSTEEN
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine pancake mix with Chocolait.
2. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add crushed cashews in batter.
4. Slice bananas around 1 inch thick.
5. Dredge bananas in flour then dip in pancake mixture.
6. Deep-fry until cooked.
7. Arrange in platters with party skewers.
8. Garnish with Cocoa Powder.
9. Serve with ice cream.
