Chicken Avocado Burger
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground chicken
2 clove's garlic, minced
1 avocado - cut into small cubes (use one on the firmer side)
? cup Panko crumbs or almond meal
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine ground chicken, Panko crumbs or (almond meal) garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Gently fold in avocado chunks trying not to mash them up too much.
3. Form into 4 patties
4. Heat grill to medium high heat. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side until juices run clear.
