Magic Coconut Crusted Tilapia Strips Recipe

Ingredients:
½ kilo tilapia fillets, cut into strips
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 egg beaten
oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Season tilapia fillets with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
2. Coat with flour, dip in egg wash and roll in desiccated coconut.
3. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain using paper towels to remove excess oil before serving.
