Rudolf's Hotdog Roll Recipe

Ingredients:
6 pcs. hotdogs
500 grms. puff pastry
100 grms. flour
30 grms. vegetable shortening
2 pcs. eggs
Instructions:
1. Cut into 4 both sides of hotdog then flatten the puff pastry and cut five inches long by two inches (5x2).
2. Brush with beaten egg and place the hotdog and roll it.
3. Have ready baking sheets, brush with vegetable shortening and arrange sausage with puff pastry.
4. Brush on top with beaten egg then bake in oven for 30 minutes in 250°F or until golden brown
