Beef Adobo sa Gata

INGREDIENTS:
500 g beef camto (flank steak), cut into 1inch cubes
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup MAGGI SAVOR CHILI GARLIC
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 pc bay leaf
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 - 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 pcs finger chili (siling panigang)
Servings: 2-3
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine beef, vinegar, MAGGI SAVOR CHILI GARLIC and water in a pot, bring to a boil, skim the scum, add peppercorn, bay leaf and garlic and bring down to simmer. Cook for 1 ½ hours or until the meat is tender. Add more water if liquid starts to dry up.
2.Add the coconut milk and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Check seasoning.
3. Add siling panigang and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
