Beef Tapa

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg sliced sirloin
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 head garlic, crushed
2 tbsp MAGGI® SAVOR
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp toasted garlic
Servings: 4-6
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Marinate beef with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, sugar, garlic and MAGGI® SAVOR for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking and remove garlic.
3. Preheat a large pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Add half of the marinated beef and saute for 1-2 minutes over high heat. Cook the other half of the marinated beef with the remaining 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
