Baked Chicken Supreme

INGREDIENTS:

1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE
2 pc MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS
iodized fine salt and pepper
Italian seasoning
1 (185 g) bar MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, slice 4 pieces (1/4" x 4") then grate the rest
1 (250 g) pack spaghetti sauce with basil or Italian seasoning
olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat chorizo in a frying pan for a minute until the lard has melted then place onto a chopping board. When cooled, chop into small cubes by slicing first thinly lengthwise, then into sticks, then crosswise into cubes. Divide into 4 portions and set aside.
2. Cut each breast into 2 and then make a slit lengthwise. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning on all sides.
3. Stuff each chicken with one portion of chopped chorizo and cheese slice. Fold each side to close. Heat the pan with the remaining lard. Fry the chicken until brown on each side.
4. Place chicken in a glass casserole greased with olive oil. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and then grate cheese over the sauce. Place in an oven toaster and cook until cheese has melted and turned brown. Serve immediately.
