Butterscotch Sansrival

INGREDIENTS:
1 (1.5 L) tub MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES BUTTERSCOTCH
12 pc store-bought meringue
½ cup chopped cashew nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Top a scoop of ice cream on a meringue then sandwich another piece of meringue. Press gently to make sure meringue sticks to the ice cream.
2. Sprinkle nuts on the sides of ice cream. Do the same to remaining meringues.
Makes 6 servings.
