Ingredients:
2/3 cup chopped bacon
1 kg shrimps, peeled and deveined
3 pcs white bread, soaked in milk
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped spring onions
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp cornstarch
5 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
1. Combine bacon and shrimps in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
2. Add soaked bread and pulse until just combined. Transfer mixture into bowl.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix top combine well. Form into balls and deep fry until golden brown.
4. Serve with mayo.
