Breaded Chicken with Spinach Sauce and Mushroom

Ingredients:
Chicken breast fillet
Egg
All purpose flour
Japanese bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Marsala
Fresh spinach
Fresh button mushrooms
Whipping cream
Lemon
Vegetable oil
Butter
Instructions:
1. Pound chicken and sprinkle with pepper and salt to season. Dip in beaten egg, then flour and then breadcrumbs to coat.
2. Fry chicken in vegetable oil.
3. Sauté onions, garlic, and mushroom. Add Marsala. Cook until reduced.
4. Add spinach leaves and whipping cream and continue cooking.
5. Pour over cooked chicken.
