Chicken Barbeque

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg breasts and/or leg quarters
2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
¼ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1 pc red chilli, sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp banana catsup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil for grilling
Servings: 4-6
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Season chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and set aside.
2. Mix soy sauce, garlic, red chilli, sugar, catsup, peanut butter, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat a clean grill. Drain marinated chicken, coat lightly with oil and grill over low heat for 10-12 minutes per side. Serve.
