Arroz Chicken A La Cubana Espesyal Recipe

1 kg minced chicken meat
10 pcs Pita bread
5 pcs ripe banana (saging Saba)
1 pc chopped onion
½ cup raisins
¼ cup tomato paste
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp seasoning powder
1 tsp salt
10 g chopped spring onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
Instructions:
1. Sauté in sauce pan oil, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, chicken stock, minced chicken until done. Add raisins, sugar, salt, pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
2. Deep-fry banana until golden brown and set aside.
3. Open each piece of Pita bread and fill it up with Arroz chicken a la cubana and fried banana.
4. Roll and place on plate. Garnish with chopped spring onion
